Rebecca Robinson, CCDP/AP, is a seasoned Diversity Practitioner with extensive experience in the areas of diversity management, inclusive leadership coaching, supplier diversity, people management, and multicultural marketing. Rebecca has a proven track record of significant company growth and bottom-line profitability directly tied to diversity and inclusion strategies. Throughout her career she has used her talents in working with organizations to develop diversity and inclusion (“D&I”) initiatives to drive business outcomes and increase awareness as a critical business imperative. As a subject matter expert she has mentored, coached, and developed senior leaders to enable honest and open conversation around biases, cultural competence, and inclusive leadership. She has been the architect in the development of inclusion & diversity strategies, developed and launched numerous employee resource groups, and overseen the implementation of enterprise-wide inclusion strategies, education, and learning.
Rebecca joined The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia in November 2018 as the Assistant OMWI Director, Diversity & Inclusion Officer. In her role, she is responsible for working collaboratively with management and staff in the execution of the Bank’s D&I strategy. Rebecca brings over 20 years of extensive D&I experience from several well-respected organizations, such as TE Connectivity, 3M, and the Royal Bank of Canada. Rebecca has created, led, and mentored employee resource groups, diversity councils, and supplier diversity programs. She has a history of creating and driving strategy around organizational inclusion and engagement programs that get employees involved in diversity awareness and working together to create a diverse, respectful, and high-performing workplace.
Rebecca has a bachelor’s degree from the United States International University. She also has a Diversity Advanced Practitioner certification (“CCDP/AP”) from Cornell University.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys traveling and improving her cooking and baking skills, currently baking oatmeal cherry chocolate chip walnut cookies.
